Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Little Otters Academy in Alhambra, CA. Previously known as Virgin Mary Preschool and Kindergarten, our school has been serving Alhambra Community since 1987! The school was established to serve preschoolers in an environment where the focus is on nurturing care and individual education. Drawing upon almost forty years combined experience in private educations, our school has spacious campus designed with little child in mind and provides a full-time preschool program for our students.

Our Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten and After School Program options provide the perfect opportunity to maximize your children’s early learning experiences.

This is really a nice warm place for every child. All the teachers are so kind and they treating the children as if they were their own. The teacher even made the hair for my daughter after her nap time. My daughters had a really happy time here!

My son came here when he was 3. He was very happy everyday，learnt a lot of things here. Teachers are very nice too，when I came to pick him up he didn't even want to leave. Now he is in Kindergarten, the solid foundation the school built for him has made him more academically prepared and he is way more advanced than other of his classmates. I am amazed by his reading and writing levels. I will recommend this school to my friends!

My two kids both attended this school and we really like it. The teachers are nice and they taught a lot of sight words and phonics. When they enrolled in the elementary school and their reading levels are much advanced than others. We highly recommended it.

Such a great school, great curriculum the teachers were very nice my daughter really enjoyed our tour, I do think this school may be a little too advance for what I'm looking for my daughter . I will recommend this school to other parents. Maybe I'll enroll my child in the future.

I think it's a good place for my kids. It has a lot of space for children to play, the teachers are good, the classes are rich, I am more satisfied with their canteen, so that children can eat more healthy and safe.

This is the best school for your kids!!!! My baby is only 2 years old and he loves going to school since he started here I've seen so much improvement on his vocabulary, manners, and colors..... the teachers are so good and patient with him. I'm so happy with this school. They do arts crafts everyday and my baby enjoys it so much and we can definitely see the hard work of his teachers!!!! After an exhaustive search for the perfect school, we came across Vergin Mary preschool. Although there are tons of preschools in my area, there are no better. My daughter loves this place when she first walked in. It has very safety and nurturing environment. My daughter learned a lot in here. All the teachers and stuff are excellent. They are very caring and loving kids. They always willing to work with you and your kid. And keep us updated during the day to see how my daughter doing.
